Find the cause. Get back to work.

A slow computer, disconnected printer or troublesome email account can interrupt your day. We start with what you are trying to do and what changed, then check the device, accounts, network and applications. You get a clear explanation of the findings before we recommend a repair, upgrade or replacement.

From the first call to getting back to work.

  1. Explain the problem.

Tell us what is getting in the way and what changed. We’ll advise on remote help or a visit.

  2. Find and fix the cause.

Work through the symptoms and explain the options before recommending a repair, upgrade or replacement.

  3. Check it with you.

Test the original task together, explain the changes and identify any remaining issues or follow-up work.

Planning, features and technical details

You do not need a big project to ask for help

A laptop that has slowed down, a printer that will not connect or an email account that refuses to behave can interrupt your whole day. We start with what you are trying to do and what changed. We explain the likely next step in plain English, so you can decide how to proceed.

Work out the cause before recommending a purchase

A computer problem may actually be an account, network or application issue. We work through the symptoms and explain the findings before recommending replacement equipment. If a repair or upgrade has limits, those should be clear before you spend more money.

New equipment, set up for your day

We help with new computers, user accounts, printers and moving files. We check what needs moving, back up your files and help with software licences and sign-ins. We check important everyday tasks with you before considering the setup complete.

Email and Microsoft 365 that fit your business

We help with account setup, mail problems and practical configuration of the Microsoft 365 tools you use. Access permissions, multifactor authentication and who owns the administrator accounts deserve attention alongside email delivery. Any ongoing management, monitoring or response commitment is agreed separately.

AI setup and guidance without the hype

Curious about ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot? We help you explore useful tasks such as drafting emails, summarising documents and organising routine admin. We explain account and subscription choices, what information should remain private and why important outputs need checking. The aim is a useful tool you understand, not an automation you cannot supervise.

Reliability and recovery details

Reliability includes a plan for failure.

We plan how to keep your system running and recover from a fault.

A device fails

A replacement computer does not recover files that were never backed up. We discuss suitable backup arrangements, what they cover and how recovery can be checked. Synchronisation alone should not be assumed to protect against every loss.

An account is unavailable

Recovery methods, administrator ownership and securely stored recovery information help avoid unnecessary delays. We help make responsibilities clear and avoid relying on one person remembering everything.

A change causes disruption

Before significant work, we agree any downtime, backup or rollback steps appropriate to the task. The handover should explain what changed and anything still requiring attention.

What your handover covers

What a proper handover covers.

  • The original problem or agreed everyday tasks checked with you
  • Changes explained in understandable language
  • Account ownership and recovery arrangements reviewed where relevant
  • Any remaining issues, licences or follow-up work clearly noted

Good questions, straight answers.

Can you help remotely?

Where the issue and connection allow it, remote support can be a practical first step. Hardware faults, cabling and some setup work need an on-site visit.

Do you offer unlimited or round-the-clock support?

Support hours, response expectations and any recurring arrangement must be agreed explicitly. A one-off job does not include an assumed 24-hour monitoring or response service.

Will AI always give the right answer?

No. We show you how to review its output and choose appropriate tasks. Sensitive information and important decisions need particular care.
